Tug McGraw Foundation Announced Full Lineup for "Celebrity Sporting Clay Shootout"
The Tug McGraw Foundation has announced the full lineup for the inaugural "Celebrity Sporting Clay Shootout". This event is presented by DeltaSports.TV on Tuesday, June 5, 2012 at the Nashville Gun Club in Nashville, Tennessee. The proceeds from this event will benefit the Tug McGraw Foundation and its efforts to improve the lives of militayr service members affected by Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI).
Aside from GRAMMY Award-winning musician Tim McGraw, other participants include Keith Anderson, Luke Bryan, Craig Campbell, Troy Gentry, Brantley Gilbert, Josh Gracin, JT Hodges, Steve Holy, Jeff McMahon, Eddie Montgomery, Jon Pardi, Josh Thompson, Brad Warren, and Brett Warren. Nashville Predators own Mike Fisher will be joining these men as well. World-class sporting clay professionals Bobby Brooks, Jenny Clark, Heyward Cunningham, Brad Kidd Jr., Bill McGuire and Chris Reed will also be a part of this competition.
This event will be a competition between 15 teams made up of 4 shooters, 1 pro, and 1 celebrity. Sporting clay simulates the unpredictability of live-quarry shooting, offering a great variety of obstacles.
There will be a BBQ lunch and silent auction at this event as well. Some of the auction items will be wine, dining, travel and sports & music memorabilia.
